Shift Details

Days: 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Nights: 6:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay Details

Local Pay: $54.00/hr. W-2

Travel Pay: $2,100/week based on 37.5 hours/week

• Hourly Base: $16.00/hr. W-2 taxable
• Weekly Stipend: $1,500/week for 37.5–40 hours
• Stipend is prorated if working fewer than 37.5 hours
• Overtime: $64.00/hr. W-2 for hours worked over 40 hours/week

Position Overview

GSK Solutions Inc is seeking experienced and flexible Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality nursing care in a behavioral health/mental health setting.

Candidates must be comfortable working across all units and must be flexible with the facility's rotating schedule. No special schedules are available.

Schedule – Night Shift

• 12-hour shifts: 6:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Rotation: 4-on/3-off or 3-on/4-off
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday
• Rotation may be reversed based on facility needs
• Must be flexible to work all units
• No special scheduling arrangements

Mandatory Orientation

Candidates must successfully complete the required 7-day orientation:

• Friday followed by Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Monday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Minimum Requirements

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Current AHA BLS Provider certification
• BLS must remain valid for at least 1 year from hire date
• Mental health/psychiatric nursing experience 
• Must be flexible and willing to work across all units
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
