Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time - Night Shift  Pay $30-40/hr    **A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available for qualified candidates.**

 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care that supports patients’ recovery and promotes long-term wellness. You’ll play a vital role in educating patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.

The ideal candidate is a responsible, well-trained professional with strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care. You must be able to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assess and monitor patients’ conditions to deliver personalized and effective care
  • Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting changes to the medical team promptly
  • Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create and implement care plans
  • Perform routine nursing tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections, chart documentation)
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic care environment (e.g., sanitize equipment, prep patient areas)
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies
  • Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants as needed
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Stay current on best practices by attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education

Requirements/Qualifications

Requirements

  • Qualifications & Skills:

     

    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or associate degree)
    • Proven nursing experience in a clinical setting
    • Current BLS certification (required)
    • ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within one year of employment
    • Excellent understanding of medical protocols and emergency care procedures
    • Knowledge of sanitation, decontamination, and infection control practices
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented
    • Highly organized, with exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities
    • Patient, compassionate, and committed to continuous professional growth
