Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Hyannis, MA 
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift + On-Call Required


Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Cardiac Cath Lab team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care throughout the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

  • Administer and monitor medications and treatments

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Provide patient and family education

  • Perform charge nurse responsibilities as needed

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Monitor patients following cardiac procedures

  • Manage telemetry monitoring and IV administration

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff


Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Active Massachusetts RN License

  • Current BLS Certification

  • Current ACLS Certification

  • Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) Course

  • Ability to pass Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia Exams prior to start

  • Acute Cardiac Unit/Stepdown experience

  • Post-procedure monitoring experience (PCI, Ablation, Pacemaker/ICD, TAVR)

  • Experience with vasoactive medication management

  • Strong IV administration and telemetry monitoring skills
