"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Cardiac Cath Lab team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care throughout the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer and monitor medications and treatments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide patient and family education
Perform charge nurse responsibilities as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patients following cardiac procedures
Manage telemetry monitoring and IV administration
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Active Massachusetts RN License
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) Course
Ability to pass Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia Exams prior to start
Acute Cardiac Unit/Stepdown experience
Post-procedure monitoring experience (PCI, Ablation, Pacemaker/ICD, TAVR)
Experience with vasoactive medication management
Strong IV administration and telemetry monitoring skills
