    Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Telemetry | Brooksville, FL
    Full-Time | Days or Nights | 12-Hour Shifts, Rotating Weekends
    Pay Range: $30.76 to $41.50/hour (based on experience)
    Differentials: Nights +$4.75/hr | Weekends +$3.00/hr | National Certification +$2.00/hr
    Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (paid in installments)
    Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

    Overview

    Join a dynamic and supportive nursing team as a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Cardiac Telemetry unit in Brooksville, Florida. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity environment caring for cardiac and complex medical patients. You'll collaborate with skilled professionals who are dedicated to clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate care.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide expert nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients, including those with CHF, Afib, renal failure, and other chronic conditions.

    • Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, ensuring timely intervention and accurate documentation.

    • Administer medications, perform assessments, and evaluate patient responses.

    • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes.

    • Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.

    • Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment focused on quality outcomes.

    • Uphold hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)

    • Current RN license in Florida or Compact State (active Florida license required within 60 days of hire)

    • Current BLS certification (AHA required)

    • Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care preferred; LTACH, rehab, or home health considered)

    • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

    • ACLS certification
