Job Title: Registered Nurse Care Management

Pay Package: $2,280 Weekly
Shift: 8am - 4:30pm
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of related nursing experience
- Proficiency in computer applications, software, and web-based tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Conflict resolution and good judgment in decision-making
- Knowledge of care management policies, procedures, and evidence-based criteria
- Ability to adapt communication and behavior to various patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Healthcare Management (CPHM) (preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Current RN license in the practicing state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare laws and accreditation standards
- Physical ability to perform medium work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
