Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab
Overview:

In this leadership-driven role, you will utilize the nursing process within a structured framework to deliver exceptional patient care, mentor team members, and support the departments strategic goals. Pay: $2,820 Weekly
Shift: 12 hour day shift
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Proficiency in patient assessment, teaching, and clinical judgment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively delegate, communicate, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to adapt care to diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare laws and standards
- Competence in data analysis to support quality improvement initiatives
- Good interpersonal skills to foster a positive patient and team environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates or bachelors degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Certification in a clinical specialty area (preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Physical ability to perform Heavy Work demands, including exerting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a patient care environment with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases
- Compliance with all healthcare safety standards and regulations
- May require working in high-stress settings and adapting to urgent patient needs
