We are currently seeking Full-Time Charge Nurses on Night Shift.and Day Shift and PRNs on Day Shift

Hours: 12-hour shifts; 7-7.

Full Time: Repeating schedule every four weeks; our nurses work one weekend per month and have 7 days off in a row every month.

PRN requirements: 3 shifts per month, one being a weekend (Sat/Sun). One holiday per year.

Base Compensation Range: $37.91-$47/hr depending on years of experience

Charge Differential: $3/hr

Shift Differentials: $3/hr on weeknights (Mon-Fri), $3/hr on weekend days (Sat/Sun) and $6/hr on weekend nights (Sat/Sun)

About the Role

As an RN at ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Harker Heights, you’ll provide a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post‑acute or residential settings. Our nationally ranked facility delivers hospital‑level services, comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit.

You’ll collaborate with an exceptional interdisciplinary team to care for patients with complex medical needs, including:

• Intravenous therapy
• Surgical & wound care
• Tracheostomy management
• Mobility assistance
• Lines, tubes, and drains management

You will be a key contributor in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that drives optimal recovery outcomes.

Position Highlights at a Glance

• Average Length of Stay: 10–14 days
• Patient Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopedic, complex medical & more
• Collaborative Care Environment: PT/OT/ST, physicians, respiratory therapy, case managers & more
• Advanced Clinical Experience: IVs, trachs, wound care, lines, tubes, and drains
• Schedules: 12-hour shifts | 3 days/week | Rotating weekends/holidays with differential pay

️ What You’ll Need

• Current RN License (State of TX)
• CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
• 1+ year of experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
• CRRN preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Fine and gross motor skills
• Ability to operate equipment and computer systems
• Visual and auditory acuity for safe patient care
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids
