Registered Nurse (RN) – Charge Nurse | 7 On / 7 Off | Evening Shift

Full-Time | Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off

Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

Work 7 Days. Enjoy 7 Days Off.

Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our evening shift nursing team on a 7 On / 7 Off schedule.

As an RN Charge Nurse, you'll provide direct resident care while helping lead and support the nursing team throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
