Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse for our client in Charles City, IA . This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Charles City, IA
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
  • Respond to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
  • Active RN License required
  • BLS Certification required
  • ACLS Certification required
  • PALS Certification required
  • Med Surg nursing experience required
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
