Position Overview:

Our client is a hospital located in Cleveland, Ohio and is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our care

team. As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients with a focus on assessment, health
<\/div>
education, disease prevention and as well as early intervention and support for chronic health conditions. RN participated in a team -
<\/div>
centered care in the community within the facility and in the promotion of continuing, family -centered care in the community.Job duties:
<\/div>
ï· Provides direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols.
<\/div>
ï· Priority nursing care, recognizes deterioration in patient’s condition and escalates to the senior nursing team /clinicians immediately.
<\/div>
ï· Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well -coordinated patient care.
<\/div>
ï· Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
<\/div>
ï· Leads the nursing team in the delivery of patient care collaborating with other disciplines to facilitate achievement of planned and

Requirements<\/h3>Job requirement:
<\/div>
ï· Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) or (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
<\/div>
(Preferred)
<\/div>
ï· Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
<\/div>
ï· Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License Upon Hire (Required)
<\/div>
ï· Completed Step 1 Critical Care Competencies Course
<\/div>
ï· Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire (Required)
<\/div>
ï· Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
<\/div>
ï· Wide range of experience working in critical care specialties including cardiac and cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, renal, and GI
<\/div>
surgery.
