In this dynamic leadership role, you will collaborate with unit coordinators, nurse managers, and nursing leadership across sites to develop and deliver orientation programs, continuing education, competency assessments, and professional development initiatives for ED staff. This position plays a vital role in fostering clinical excellence, supporting evidence-based practice, and ensuring team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe, high-quality emergency care. The Clinical Nurse Educator serves as a key resource in identifying educational needs, designing specialty-focused training programs, and bridging knowledge gaps that enhance patient outcomes and staff performance. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of three years of nursing practice experience in a clinical setting.
