  • Competitive salary of $75,000–$80,000 annually
  • Annual merit increases
  • Performance bonus opportunities
  • Monday–Thursday daytime schedule
  • Rotating on-call coverage shared among the medical team
  • Excellent work-life balance
  • Robust Paid Time Off with increased accrual over time
  • 15 Paid Holidays each year—including your birthday
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Collaborative team including Psychiatrist, Program Manager, SUD Counselors, and Case Managers
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your local community

  • Educate clients on medications, chronic disease management, nutrition, wellness, and preventive healthcare
  • Respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations while exercising independent nursing judgment

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in daily interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
  • Provide medical consultation and education to behavioral health staff
  • Assist in treatment planning and health-related interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with agency, state, and county standards
