Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float

Job Summary

Shift: Full time Nights- 7pm-7:30am with every 3rd weekend rotation

Float incentive: $7hr premium pay plus base rate and shift/weekend differentials where applicable

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
• Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
• Promotes patients'' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Education Requirements

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Must have 1 year of Critical Care experience in ICU, CCU. SICU or MICU unit

Certification and Licensure

• PA Registered Nurse License
