About This Location:
Join our Critical Care Unit (CCU) in Sheboygan, where you'll care for patients with high-acuity cardiac and critical care needs in a fast-paced, specialized environment. This unit serves as a critical care setting focused on managing complex cardiac and medical conditions, offering the opportunity to build advanced clinical skills and strong critical thinking.
You'll work alongside a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team that values teamwork, communication, and continuous learning. The CCU provides a supportive environment where nurses are empowered to grow their expertise while making a meaningful impact during some of the most critical moments in patient care.
What You'll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. You'll deliver safe, therapeutic care in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and strong communication, you will help create the safest patient environment while enhancing the overall patient experience across the care continuum.
