Pay range for this position is $50.08 - $61.66/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

: Limited Weekend Requirements! *Self-scheduled per 6 week plotter 0-4 years of RN Experience =  4 Weekend Shifts 4-10 years of RN Experience = 3 Weekend Shifts 10-15 years of RN Experience = 2 Weekend Shifts 15+ years of RN Experience = No weekend Shifts Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The RN ICU Clinical Resource Team (CRT) Float Pool provides the highest level of expert RNs to care for patients throughout the inpatient stay within OSF HealthCare. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care provided to patients throughout the system. The RN must be highly knowledgeable and possess strong nursing skills necessary to provide excellent patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served within their RN specialty. The RN is empowered to participate in an interdisciplinary approach to meet the expectations of those we serve and floats to 3 OSF facilities across the level of care.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Licenses/Certifications:

• RN-Registered Nurse 
• CPR certification

Experience: 

• 2 years of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting within the specialty hired, with at least one of those years in ICU

Other skills/knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
