Position – Registered Nurse Location: Fair Oaks Health Care Center – Crystal Lake, IL (on-site position) Status: Full-Time | Part-Time Schedule: Available Openings are: Week One: Monday, Thursday Friday (6am-Noon), Week Two Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (6am - Noon), Saturday & Sunday (7am-3pm). We are also in need of Every Wednesday (3pm-9pm) and Every Other Weekend (3pm - 11pm) You can pick what fits your life best. _________________________________________________________ Job Summary: A clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsible party and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN plans, supervises and evaluates care of each patient/resident.
