Position Overview:

As an RN at our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will perform the usual nursing duties focused on caring for elderly patients. You will work alongside a great team in a supportive environment, ensuring the highest quality of care and comfort for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to elderly patients in a rehab setting
• Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Support and educate patients and their families
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Experience in elderly care or rehab nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work NOC shift
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude
