Pay Rate: $2304-2604 per week

Shift/Schedule: 6:45AM-6:45PM OR 11:00AM-11:00P< (3X12 hours per week)

Location: Metairie, LA

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years CVOR or OR Experience
• Active RN license with the State of Louisiana
• AM or Mid Shift 6:45AM-6:45PM OR 11AM-11PM (36 hours per week)
• Epic experience required
• Vascular experience
• Assisting the team in maintaining and creating a comfortable, safe environment for the patient
• Serves as a liaison between surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR Manager, and staff
• Ensures all surgical team members perform in a unified effort
• Responsible for the smooth and uneventful intraoperative care
• Accurately anticipates needs of surgical team by timely availability of needed supplies and equipment

• Ensures patient safety through the utilization of accurate assessment, critical thinking, expert evaluation and skillful clinical judgment

Credential Requirements (to be verified after interview):

• Active BLS and ACLS Certification
• Active CPI Certification (can be obtained at the facility)
• Current TB Skin Test, Quantiferon Results, or Chest X-Ray
• Hep B
• MMR
• Varicella
