Job Description (SNF Nursing)As a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) nurse, you will provide comprehensive care for geriatric residents who require 24/7 support. Duties include:Ordering medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribedPreparing and administering treatments and medicationsCommunicating changes in condition to physicians and family membersPerforming skilled nursing services such as tube feedings, suctioning, catheterization, wound care, dressings, and irrigationsContinuous monitoring of critically ill residentsActing as a resident advocate and ensuring care aligns with the care plan and personal wishesCompleting accurate, timely charting and documentation.
