  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including documentation within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system when applicable.

  • Assess patient health education and health-promotion needs and provide appropriate education, training, and instructions.

  • Participate in follow-up telephone calls and patient visits as needed to support continuity of care.

  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment and consistently follow infection-control procedures.

  • Identify clinical equipment requiring repair or maintenance and promptly notify the appropriate lead clinician.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Current BLS/CPR certification.

  • Strong nursing assessment and clinical decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and patient-service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous occupational health, employee health, primary care, urgent care, or outpatient clinical experience.
