A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.

Pay Range:

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

The hemodialysis unit at Atrium Health Cabarrus provides specialized inpatient care for patients with acute and chronic kidney failure requiring dialysis during hospitalization. Services include both routine and urgent treatments, delivered in the dialysis unit or at the bedside in critical care areas.

Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of nephrologists, dialysis-trained nurses, and technicians, with a focus on safe treatment delivery, vascular access management, fluid and electrolyte balance, and infection prevention. The unit emphasizes coordinated, patient-centered care and collaborates closely with outpatient services to ensure smooth transitions after discharge.

We're Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • One year of RN experience required
  • Previous Dialysis experience preferred
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

What You'll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
