Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN License (or compact multistate license)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in ED, ICU, Med-Surg, or SDU
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- ACLS required for ICU and ED (preferred for SDU)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection prevention standards
- Provide patient and family education as appropriate
