Job Description:

Sign on bonus $10,000 *For Eligible Candidates

Relocation Assistance up to $10,000 *For Eligible Candidates

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree upon hire

• Six months of hospital nursing experience upon hire OR successful completion of the AHWC Graduate Nurse Training Program

• Active Florida RN or APRN license required upon hire.

• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS certification or RQI upon hire and then renewed quarterly following RQI protocols

• Current American Heart Association Advanced Life Support (ACLS certification or RQI upon hire and then renewed quarterly following RQI protocols

• Current American Heart Association Advanced Life Support (PALS certification or RQI upon hire and then renewed quarterly following RQI protocols

• Current NIHSS Certification upon hire.

Pay Range:

$31.53 - $52.24
