Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one nursing care in the home setting, in accordance with physician orders
Perform skiled nursing care through tasks such as wound care, enteral feedings, injections, and medication administration as well as other essential clinical duties.
Provide compassionate, attentive care to address each client’s physical, emotional, and medical needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Active, unemcumbered RN license
Experience in home health, acute care, or long-term care preferred
Strong clinical skills and sound nursing judgment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
Ability to pass a drug screen
