Position Details

  • Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Pay: $31.00–$40.40 per hour (based on experience)
  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus


What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
  • Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Supervise and support CNAs while promoting a positive team culture.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Help create a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
