Registered Nurse (RN) – Evening Shift

Full-Time | Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our evening shift nursing team.

As an RN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support the nursing team, and help ensure our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents receive quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
