Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Nurse | Day Shift

Full-Time | Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Weekend Day Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) Float Nurse to join our day shift nursing team.

As a Float RN, you'll provide nursing support across units based on resident and staffing needs while helping ensure consistent, quality care throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care across assigned units as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across different nursing units.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
