"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool assignment. The RN will provide high-quality patient care across multiple units while utilizing critical thinking, clinical judgment, and evidence-based nursing practices. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, patient-focused, and capable of working in diverse clinical environments.
Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License
Current BLS Certification (AHA)
Diploma in Nursing Required
BSN Preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Identify actual and potential patient care needs
Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Assess patients and environments for safety risks
Develop individualized patient care plans
Establish measurable patient goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Participate in shift reports and care conferences
Initiate discharge planning and appropriate referrals
Deliver evidence-based nursing care
Administer treatments and medications as ordered
Provide patient and family education
Review physician orders and coordinate care
Respond appropriately to emergency situations
Maintain infection prevention and safety standards
Evaluate patient outcomes and effectiveness of care plans
Modify plans of care based on patient progress
Ensure compliance with evidence-based practice standards
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
