Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality care
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes
Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
Promote patient safety and compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
