 Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery
  • Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed
  • Provide advanced wound care, including Wound VAC (NPWT) management
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers
  • Coordinate staffing and ensure proper coverage for patient cases
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals

 Qualifications & Requirements


Must Have:


  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current CPR Certification
  • 2–3 years of clinical experience (home health, hospice, or skilled nursing preferred)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:


  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
  • Experience with IV infusion therapy and complex care cases
  • Wound care expertise (including NPWT/Wound VAC)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and urgent situations
