Registered Nurse (RN)

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and triage of patients upon admission and during sick call.
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, injections, IV therapy, and monitor patients' responses.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide emergency nursing care until the provider or emergency medical services arrive.
Monitor patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and mental health conditions.
Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records, including assessments, treatment plans, medication administration, and progress notes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, mental health professionals, dentists, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle practices.
