At ComForCare Home Care, we're hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) who is ready to step out of fast-paced clinical environments and into a role where your expertise truly shapes care at home.

This is in-home nursing with intention-more time, deeper relationships, and the ability to see real progress unfold in the lives of patients and families

YOUR ROLE - CLINICAL LEAD IN THE HOME

You are the clinical anchor for home-based care.

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop, update, and oversee individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs, GNAs, HHAs, and Med Techs
• Monitor changes in patient condition and coordinate follow-up care
• Communicate with families, physicians, and care teams
• Ensure safe, compliant, high-quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide guidance, education, and clinical support to caregivers

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Maryland RN license (or compact license eligible in MD)
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Experience in home care, hospice, or geriatrics preferred

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
