REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – HOME CARE CLINICAL LEADERSHIP ROLE
At ComForCare Home Care, we’re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) who is ready to move out of high-volume clinical settings and into a role where your clinical judgment, leadership, and expertise directly shape care in the home.
This is in-home nursing at its most intentional:
a slower pace, stronger relationships, and meaningful impact every day.
Recognized as a Great Place to Work®, ComForCare supports clinicians so they can focus on what they do best—delivering quality care without burnout.
YOUR ROLE
You are the clinical lead for home-based care.
• Complete in-home patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop, update, and manage individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs, GNAs, HHAs and Med. Techs.
• Monitor patient condition changes and coordinate follow-up care
• Communicate with families, physicians, and care teams
• Ensure safe, compliant, high-quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide education and guidance to caregivers
Your clinical decisions directly guide patient outcomes.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Flexible scheduling options
Competitive pay
One-on-one patient care in a home setting
Strong clinical support team (no hospital burnout environment)
Immediate openings available
Care focused on dignity, independence, and quality of life
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Active Maryland RN license (or compact license eligible in MD)
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Home care, hospice, or geriatric experience preferred
WHY HOME CARE NURSING MATTERS
No constant alarms.
No rushed handoffs.
No losing the human side of care.
Instead, you see the full picture—patient, home, family, and progress over time.
Your work is slower, deeper, and more meaningful.
If you’re ready to bring your clinical leadership into the home and practice nursing with intention, ComForCare is ready for you.
