About the Role
Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health position at Interim HealthCare in Allentown, Pennsylvania is a key role in delivering exceptional healthcare services in a home setting. This role is currently for Per-Diem with potential to transition to part-time or full-time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of high-quality home healthcare services
- Develop and implement care plans based on patients' needs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentations
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health or a related field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
