Immediate Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health contract opportunity supporting patients in Milwaukee, WI.
Note: Mon-Fri 8a-5p - no weekends - no on-call
Greater Milwaukee area
Pay:
$56/hr ( Local candidate pay rate)
Travel pay package available
Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel
Work Schedule:
Day Shift - Mon-Fri 8's
40 hours per week
Territory: Greater Milwaukee area
Contract Details:
13 week contract (possible extension)
Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit

Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
Current RN License
Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
