• Oversee and manage home health nursing services to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Oasis Experience Highly Preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community health.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home health.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems.
