Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - OASIS and HCHB required

Immediate Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health travel contract opportunity supporting patients in Fairfax VA.

Important Requirements:

• RN must have VA license or compact to apply.
• RN needs at least 12 Months Home Health experience within the last 3 years.
• HCHB and Oasis is required as well.

Pay:

• $53.00/hr. local rate
• $16.77/hr. + $36.22 per diem (Travel pay package)
• Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel

Work Schedule:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• 40 hours per week
• Territory: Fairfax and Prince William Counties

Contract Details:

• 13 week contract (possible extension)
• Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit

Qualifications

• Current RN License
• Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
• OASIS experience required
• Hands-on HCHB experience required
• Current driver's license
• American Heart Association BLS
