Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

RN Leadership & Admissions Role

Lead the Evening Nursing Team

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to lead evening nursing operations and assist with resident admissions.

This position combines hands-on clinical leadership with admissions responsibilities, helping ensure smooth transitions for new residents while supporting the nursing team throughout the evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for evening nursing operations.
• Complete nursing assessments and required documentation for new admissions.
• Review admission records, physician orders, medications, and care needs.
• Coordinate new admissions with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs throughout the facility.
• Conduct rounds and respond to changes in resident condition, staffing needs, and emergencies.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support accurate documentation, infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• Nursing Supervisor, House Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or other leadership experience preferred.
• Admissions and skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
