Compensation / Benefits
- $36.36-$59.83/hr. depending on previous work experience.
- Evening differential $3.00/hr.
- Night differential $3.50/hr.
- Weekend differential $3.50/hr.

Job Summary
Job Summary
- Facilitates patient throughput and bed assignments.
- Provides administrative support to the health system in the absence of administration and departmental leaders.
- Provides Clinical Support for Nursing Units.
- Staffing Responsibilities
- Serves as liaison to Medical Staff
- Performs Utilization Review (UR) of patients admitted through the Emergency Departments (in conjunction with UR department).
- Professional Practice
- Serves as a unit representative on teams /committees when requested.
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Experience
- Three (3) years minimum medical-surgical and/or critical care.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Two years RN experience will be accepted if the RN has at least 6 months of RN experience within NRHS.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training is required within 6 months of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
