Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, standards, and protocols.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS certification as required per specialty.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in your specialty.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
