Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $32.00 to $52.00/hr (experience-based)

• Differentials:

  • Nights: +$4.50/hr

  • Weekends: +$5.00/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

• Employment Type: Full-time, Nights (12-hour shifts)

What you'll do

• Lead care for critically ill adult patients in a high-acuity ICU

• Manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, invasive hemodynamic monitoring

• Respond fast, think clearly, and collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team

• Contribute to a unit known for strong outcomes and strong leadership

• Work in an environment that values evidence-based practice, nurse autonomy, and teamwork

What you bring

• Active Florida RN license (or immediate eligibility)

• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience

• BLS & ACLS required

• A steady presence under pressure, strong clinical judgement, and night-shift excellence
