Registered Nurse (RN) ICU Travel or Local Contract

Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2100.00 per week

Shift/Schedule: 7P-7:30A

                         36 hours per week

                         13 week contract

Location: Metairie, LA

Position Requirements:

• 2 Years ICU Experience Required
• Impella and CRRT/NXStage are required.
• Epic EMR Experience Required
• Patient Ratio 1:2 but flexes to 1:3
• May float to ED or PACU to care for ICU patients in those areas.
• Will float to all ICUs.
• May float to MS/PCU unit and assigned to care for 1:4 patient ratios.
• Nurses do all lab sticks, EKGs, and line starts.
• Active RN License in State of Louisiana
• Previous Travel Experience Preferred

Unit Details:

• Equipment includes but is not limited to Alaris IV Pumps, CADD PCA pumps, Servo I ventilators, Fresenius CRRT Dialysis machines, NXStage dialysis, Edwards Lifesciences cardiac monitors, Medtronic EVD Management Systems, Veratron Bladder Scanner & Arctic Sun TMS

Credential Requirements:

• Active BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIH Certifications (CPI can be obtained at the facility.)
• Proof of Flu and COVID vaccine
