    Description:

    Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the health care team by providing superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established R.N. job standards, policies, and procedures.

    What you will do:

    • Exceptional Patient Care: Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively

    • Collaborate closely with our physicians and the care team to coordinate care and treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

    • Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.

    • Responsible for triage, speaking with patients regarding their health, prescription refills, vaccinations and injections, and acting as a liaison between the physician and patient

    • Responsibilities include RN Phone Triage, assisting with coordination of patient care

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.

    • Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.

    • Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC)

    Work Schedule: Part time, 24-days; flexible schedule, 3 days/week

    May be required to travel to Enfield periodically
