Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a fast-paced inpatient setting • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of medical and mental health conditions • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions

Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut • 1+ year of experience in pediatric or adolescent nursing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Basic life support certification (BLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certification preferred
