Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit at Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit.

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit at Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to patients and families.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
- Providing education to patients and families.
- Facilitating group therapies.
- Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff.
- 36 hours, day/evening rotating, occasional nights, every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in nursing
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric RN experience preferred.
- Charge nurse experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
