Day shift, 12-hour shifts. Required minimum of 4 shifts in a 6-week schedule, with 1 weekend shift. Required 1 winter, 1 summer holiday per year.

Minimum of 2 years of Acute Inpatient Rehab experience.

Pay Range:

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

Our Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is a 22-bed unit.  The team provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from acute and chronic illnesses requiring Physical, occupational and speech therapies.  We take pride in our collaborative, team-oriented culture, where physicians, nurses, social workers, and rehabilitation therapists work closely together to promote recovery and support successful transitions out of the hospital. Many nurses who join our unit choose to build long-term careers here because of the strong sense of teamwork, mentorship, and support.

This is an ideal environment for nurses who are passionate about physical rehabilitation and eager to develop advanced assessment, clinical reasoning, and therapeutic communication skills. Nurses on our unit gain valuable experience working within an interdisciplinary care model that is fundamental to acute rehabilitation. We are committed to professional growth through ongoing education, shared governance opportunities, and pathways to expand clinical expertise or pursue leadership roles.

 We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg or Acute Rehab experience required
  • Charge experience is preferred

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
