Role Impact

Joining Refined Vida as an IV Therapy Specialist means you have a direct impact on improving the quality of our clients' lives. You will:

• Provide critical wellness services through IV therapy in the comfort and privacy of our clients’ homes.
• Play a key role in our mission to deliver personalized care, enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations of our mobile IV therapy services, including patient assessment, IV administration, and post-care follow-up.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety, adhering to all regulatory and company protocols.
• Train and mentor junior nursing staff to uphold the best practices in IV therapy.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure all necessary equipment and medications are stocked and maintained.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and clients to support business growth.
• Implement policies and procedures that comply with healthcare regulations and ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER/ICU settings.
• Mastery in IV therapy, evidenced by certification and continuous education.
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish, to serve a diverse client base.
• Proficient with healthcare IT systems, including EMRs, for accurate patient documentation and compliance.
• Commitment to impeccable sanitation standards and in-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Own vehicle for travel to client homes, with a willingness to work flexible hours.
• CPR/BLS/ACLS Certification required.
