    Get to Know Your Team:

    • Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a womens imaging center, and an ICU.

    Responsibilities

    • The RN Staff Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population in order to achieve desired outcomes.
    • This position directs and oversees the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
    • This position effectively coordinates patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
    • The RN Staff Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager.

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

    • Registered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing or an RN Multistate License from the NCL required.
    • Graduate of an NLN/AACN-accredited program in nursing
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
