Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D) (Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D) for a 13-week travel assignment in Great Barrington, MA.


Contract Details
  • Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 12hr Nights 36hr gt
  • Start Date: 7/20/2026
  • Contract: 13 Weeks
  • Location: Great Barrington, MA
  • Hourly Pay: $ 40.60
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $ 2146.00
  • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
  • On Call Requirements: Yes/TBD
  • 8hrs non-billable orientation
  • RTO Policy: Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
  • Traveler Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at profile upload.

** THIS NEED WILL CONSIDER AN RN, OT, PT, SLP OR PHARMACIST, AS LONG AS THEY MEET JOB REQUIREMENTS. ALL MUST BE MA LICENSED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the mother and baby's vital signs throughout labor and delivery
  • Administer medications and pain relief as required
  • Provide education and emotional support to the mother and family
  • Assist with labor-inducing procedures and techniques
  • Prepare and maintain delivery rooms and equipment
  • Assist obstetricians and midwives during delivery
  • Perform postpartum care and monitor recovery
  • Recognize and respond to complications or emergencies
  • Document medical records and update patient charts
  • Educate new mothers on newborn care practices

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
  • Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have 2 years current L & D , Post Partum experience is required
  • Post Partum/Mother Baby (PP/MB) experience is required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required
  • Perm address must be included with profile
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
  • Must have active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
  • Must have active STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Air Way, Blood Pressure, Lab Work and Emotional Support) Certification
  • Must have Massachusetts RN license
  • Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
