Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Liberty, NY, 12754
Shift hours: 3P-11P or 11P – 7A (5 Days a week, every other weekend)
Contract: 3+ months
Job Responsibilities
- Assess patient nursing care needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor and document patient conditions.
- Identify physical and emotional health changes.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other support staff.
- Provide education and guidance to families regarding patient care and prevention of illness.
Requirements: - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license of NY state.
- BLS/CPR
